Course Aims
The programme covers all the main health and safety issues and includes a session tackling the environment too. It consists of eight modules:
• Introducing Managing Safely
• Assessing risks
• Controlling risks
• Understanding your responsibilities
• Identifying hazards
• Investigating accidents and incidents
• Measuring performance
• Protecting our environment
The course offers step-by-step guides to carry out key health and safety activities. Checklists and other materials are used to complement the training. All the examples and case studies are straightforward and easy to relate to, whatever business the delegate comes from. Importantly, it gets people thinking about health and safety as more than just something they have to deal with as part of their job
