Training
Officer Service
Did you know
9 in 10 companies don’t have a training
and development plan! 7 in 10 companies
registered with ConstructionSkills and
paying levy don’t claim any grant!
Our research shows
that as part of normal work activity the majority of
employers provide their staff with an average of 6 – 8
training days per person per year. If grant was claimed @
£27.50 per day of training they would receive £220 per person
every year. You can see from the examples below the
difference this could make to their bottom line!
100 employee
company = £20,000
50 employee company = £10,000
10 employee company = £2,000
|
|
If you
are registered with ConstructionSkills and would like to
claim your grant entitlement you will need to compile a
training and development plan, this also has a grant of
£500!
Use
Consign’s Training Officer Service to help you to organise
your training. Our specialist training staff will work with
you in your premises to develop a training plan and organise
your training during the year.
