Apprentice Recruitment

Recruitment can be a time consuming and costly process. Consign offers a range of services to make it both more efficient and cost-effective. This can include assistance with finding the right apprentice and help with their induction. Consign can also manage co-ordination of an “apprentice share” programme in which two or more employers provide an appropriate work package to achieve the apprentice’s training plan with each employer contributing relevant employment costs. In addition, Consign can support applications for relevant grants for employers registered with ConstructionSkills and provide a short period of wage subsidy.
