Making Your Way in Construction is matching construction companies with suitable trainees who have usually completed their college based studies and achieved a CSCS card, but need on-the-job experience to finish their qualifications.  So they are knowledgeable enough to make a real contribution to your business, but cost a fraction of a more experienced worker.  And, if at the end of their work experience you want to make their employment permanent, you will have a tried and tested young person you know you can trust without the usual hassles and expense of recruitment and training.  There may even be funding available to help pay for their work experience depending on the circumstances of your company and the young person.
